Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years property management experience, RV or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of this role's complexities.
• At least 1 year in customer service with excellent skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based apps.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Sales/marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests to ensure a great experience.
• Manage property resources and assets, including buildings and amenities.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Hire and manage resort employees.
• Prepare, manage and analyze the operational budget.
• Maximize property profitability and performance.
• Maintain the resort to be clean and attractive.
• Collaborate with marketing to attract new guests.
• Analyze and manage the budget to improve profitability.
