Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Clermont, Florida is seeking a Resort Manager to lead Lake Magic RV Resort operations.

You will ensure outstanding guest experiences, manage resources, and drive profitability through service excellence and team leadership. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in property management (RV/mobile home communities preferred), strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufactured home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and an understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.

What you’ll do:
