Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. seeks a strategic, outgoing Director of Operations & Sales to oversee a broad multi-site portfolio and elevate guest experiences toward a premier vacation resort standard.

The role requires up to 50% travel or relocation to the Phoenix area, leadership of large teams across operations, sales and F&B, and a focus on P&L management, marketing integration, and seamless onboarding before the peak season.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-site operations leadership in hospitality environments.
• Outgoing, guest-focused leadership style.
• Strong familiarity with hospitality tech and reservation systems.
• Proven track record in driving P&L and sales execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic oversight across multiple properties and sites.
• Lead large operational teams and collaborate with GMs, activity directors, sales and F&B.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, revenue and expenses, and hit financial targets.
• Guide marketing strategy and optimize inventory, leads, and conversions.
• Oversee F&B, live entertainment, guest activities; support events.
• Prioritize onboarding and system mastery in first 3–6 months before peak season.
