Wailea Beach Villas is seeking a Full-Time Resort Operations Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences across departments, including Front Desk, Concierge, and Beach & Pool Operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication required.

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism, and aloha spirit.
• Welcome arriving guests and owners, assist with departures, and provide property orientation.
• Transport luggage, groceries, packages, and personal items safely and efficiently.
• Assist at Front Desk with guest check-in/check-out, issuing keys and wristbands, processing payments, answering telephones, and responding to guest inquiries.
• Support Concierge operations by providing recommendations for activities, dining, transportation, shopping, and local attractions.
• Assist Beach & Pool Operations by setting up guest seating, maintaining towel inventories, monitoring amenities, and ensuring facilities remain clean and welcoming.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, guest spaces, and operational equipment.
