Job summary

Wailea Beach Villas, part of CoralTree Hospitality, seeks a Full-Time Resort Operations Associate to deliver warm, aloha-inspired service and help guests and owners with check-in, orientation, and daily needs.

You will support Front Desk, Concierge, and Beach & Pool Operations, assist with luggage, transport, and inquiries, and maintain clean, welcoming spaces while learning multiple hotel functions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn hospitality software and property management systems.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury resort environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple job functions.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative member of the team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and varying shifts based on operational needs.
• Previous hospitality, hotel, resort , customer service, or tourism experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Dependable, adaptable, energetic, and genuinely enjoy serving others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism, and the spirit of aloha.
• Welcome arriving guests and owners, assist with departures, and provide property orientation.
• Transport luggage, groceries, packages, and personal items safely and efficiently.
• Assist at the Front Desk with guest check-in and check-out, issuing keys and wristbands, processing payments, answering telephones, and responding to guest inquiries.
• Support Concierge operations by providing recommendations for activities, dining, transportation, shopping, and local attractions.
• Assist Beach & Pool Operations by setting up guest seating, maintaining towel inventories, monitoring amenities, and ensuring facilities remain clean and welcoming.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, guest spaces, and operational equipment.
