Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests to meet a representative for a sales presentation and act as a welcoming brand ambassador.

The role requires collaborative teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with resort staff. Experience in sales or marketing is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings; update on marketing information and industry trends.
• Partner with resort staff to coordinate arrival sheets and guide guests to a sales presentation.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
