Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-person marketing associate to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will greet guests, present tours, and guide them toward a sales presentation while coordinating with resort staff for a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team collaboration, and adherence to company guidelines, with ongoing training and performance goals set weekly, monthly, and annually.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; general computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Schedule sales-tour presentations and assist with deposits according to policy.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Attend training and team meetings; track performance weekly, monthly and annually.
• Partner with resort staff to support guest experiences and presentations.
