Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to engage with prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests for presentations, greet guests, and act as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.

The role emphasizes presenting sales previews and qualifying customers per company guidelines. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work in a shared space. Training is provided; minimum education is a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Sales/marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information and trends.
