Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep guest units and facilities in top condition at WorldMark locations Gleneden Beach and Depoe Bay, OR.

You will apply basic handyman skills, perform routine maintenance, and assist with make-ready units to support a seamless guest experience. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork, with a comprehensive benefits package for associates working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• General facility maintenance experience
• Basic handyman skills including painting, appliance repair, or carpentry
• Able to make-ready units and ensure facilities are in good order
• Knowledge of repairing doors, windows, walls, floors and ceilings
• Able to perform landscape and outdoor cleaning tasks

Responsibilities
