• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize guest inconvenience.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and systems, including elevators, lighting, pools, and other resort amenities.
• Assist with preventative maintenance schedules to extend asset lifespan.
• Collaborate with engineering and housekeeping teams to maintain safety standards.
