Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a Condo Maintenance Service Technician to perform repair and maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC. You will respond to resort guest requests and in-house work orders with courtesy and efficiency.

A four-day workweek with every other weekend off, valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills are required. Benefits include medical, vision, life insurance, ESOP, paid holidays and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks across trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Respond to resort guest calls and in-house work orders promptly and courteously.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while completing tasks.
• Collaborate with a maintenance team to resolve issues efficiently.

Job Summary

Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work. Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-housework orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Must have good communication skills as well as great customer service skills. Four-day workweek including every other weekend off. Good driving record. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff
• General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required)
• Must be 18 years or older

  • Off: Tuesday through Thursday
• Week 2:
  • Work: Tuesday through Thursday (9:00 AM-9:00 PM) and Friday (9:00 AM-3:00 PM)
  • Off: Monday, Saturday & Sunday
