Job summary

BrewTown Living, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for West Point Park in Kissimmee, FL. You will maintain building interiors, exteriors, grounds, and amenities to meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, with on-call duties and safety compliance. Local travel within the community is common; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
• Maintain trash compactor and grounds.
• Repair and service HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant residences for leasing.
• Keep maintenance shop and facilities clean and safe.
