Qualifications

• Provides daily repair and maintenance for offices, public spaces, restrooms, grounds, and other areas.
• Reads and reports needs, and maintains regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas including trash, sweeping, dusting, and furniture arrangement.
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to supervisor.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
