Job summary

Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site engineering team in Delavan, WI. This hands-on role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry across a busy resort environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on 2nd shift with weekend availability. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or carpentry.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders and service requests across the property.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Repair and maintain equipment (heaters, exhaust fans, kitchen equipment, etc.).
• Prepare basic labor and material estimates for maintenance projects.
• Monitor and maintain pool systems, including chemical adjustments and filtration.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• Assist with seasonal tasks, including snow removal.
• Support team training and follow all safety procedures.
