Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on facilities maintenance across multiple systems on site in Delavan, WI. This role involves electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and carpentry tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently on a fast-paced resort property. High school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or carpentry.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders and service requests across the property.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Repair and maintain equipment such as heaters, exhaust fans, and kitchen equipment.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, and general repairs as needed.
• Prepare basic labor and material estimates for maintenance projects.
• Monitor and maintain pool systems, including chemical adjustments and filtration.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• Assist with seasonal tasks, including snow removal.
• Support team training and follow all safety procedures.

What You'll Do
