Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for the exterior care, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of our resort properties. This role prioritizes safety and efficiency, coordinating skilled trades and supervising a team to keep facilities in prime condition.

The ideal candidate has hotel maintenance experience, at least two years in a supervisory role, and relevant certifications (CPO/APO). Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and a commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a must.
• Minimum two years as a maintenance supervisor or equivalent.
• Hazardous material handling training within six months of hire.
• CPO or APO certification preferred.
• Experience with large resort maintenance and pool care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of the resort property.
• Plan daily work assignments and staff schedules.
• Order supplies and manage materials.
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Coordinate HVAC systems maintenance.
• Provide training and supervise other maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety rules.
