Job summary
The Grove at Wachesaw East, a community managed by Brewtown Living, LLC, is seeking Part-Time Maintenance Technicians in Murrells Inlet, SC. You’ll handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs while delivering excellent resident service.
Responsibilities include routine maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance, with on-call duties and seasonal readiness. Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance is preferred; EPA/CPO certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; trade/technical education preferred.
- Minimum of two years in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and amenities.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, painting issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and inventory of the maintenance shop and tools.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance and on-call emergency responses.
