You will direct staff in cleaning, repairs, and grounds work, while coordinating work orders and preventative maintenance with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with staff, guests, and management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Oversee supervisors, maintenance leads, and staff performing cleaning and repairs.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees; address performance issues.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders for timely completion.
• Maintain high-quality standards for buildings, grounds, and units.
• Plan staffing and estimate labor for ongoing projects and repairs.
