Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and use sound judgment when completing routine tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, guests, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of resort buildings, rental units, common areas, grounds, and HOA properties.
• Perform daily upkeep of interior and exterior common areas, including snow and ice removal, basic landscaping, sweeping, and trash/recycling removal.
• Clean lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other guest/work areas.
• Respond to assigned work orders and complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and supervisors on issues and assist other departments as needed.
