Job summary

Rainbow Bend Resort is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of the resort facilities.

You will supervise building systems, ensure safety for guests and associates, and enforce SOPs and health/fire codes. The role requires problem-solving skills and knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to prioritize service requests and supervise maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the resort.

Job description

This position is responsible for managing the day to day maintenance and upkeep of our resort.

Responsibilities include:

• Management and supervision of all elated systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors.
• Ensure compliance, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, SOP's as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes.
• Prioritize service requests; schedule and monitor the service performed to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and convenience.
• Maintain cleanliness of public and recreation areas of resort

The ideal candidate will need to possess strong management and problem solving skills and should have some knowledge in HVAC systems management, electrical engineering and plumbing techniques.
