Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort maintenance.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
- Familiarity with CMMS software and energy management systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Maintain boilers, chillers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems.
- Paint and refinish surfaces, wallpaper, and related fixtures.
- Inspect and repair electrical panels, breakers, and wiring.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment including boilers, HVAC, and kitchen appliances.
