Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to keep resort equipment and systems running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, respond to maintenance requests, inspect the property, and support renovations.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of hospitality maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Technical or trade certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, resort, facilities, or property maintenance environments.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and emergency call situations.
• Experience using preventive maintenance systems such as Breezeway, Quore, or similar work-order management platforms preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required to operate company vehicles, carts, and equipment throughout the resort property.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on resort equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to guest rooms, public areas, pools, kitchens, and back-of-house facilities.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and repair requirements.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Ensure all equipment operates in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Support renovation projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades as needed.
• Follow all OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in emergency response activities and after-hours maintenance support as required.
