Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is seeking a Steward to help keep our kitchen clean and efficient on Hollywood Beach. You’ll wash dishes, utensils and equipment, maintain order in the dish area, and assist with basic food prep while upholding safety standards.

We value a team member who stays energetic in a fast-paced environment, supports culinary operations, and is capable of lifting 25+ pounds as needed. This role offers weekend and holiday flexibility within a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
• Display a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and attention to detail
