Job summary

Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort in Florida is seeking a motivated Steward to help keep our resort kitchens clean and efficient. You will wash dishes, sanitize stations, and support the culinary team to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to plated presentations and proper storage of food and supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
