Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking an IT Technician to install, maintain, and repair hardware, software, and network devices across hospitality systems and guest-facing tech. You will ensure robust IT infrastructure and support end-users in a fast-paced, luxury resort environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and ITSM processes, with the flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of computer operating systems, internet security and data privacy principles.
• Working knowledge in database programming and software installation.
• Ability to manage service requests and incidents within ITSM solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Repair or replace damaged hardware.
• Provide user support and act as first point of contact for error reporting.
• Manage technical documentation.
• Handle service requests and incidents within ITSM solution.
• Define software, hardware, and network requirements.
• Provide timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
