Job summary

Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront is seeking an Ice Rink Attendant to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for guests during the seasonal ice rink. You will greet guests, assist with skate fittings and rentals, monitor ice safety, and perform light maintenance in a coastal resort setting.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or hospitality experience, basic ice-skating ability, and strong communication skills to support guests of all ages and skill levels.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or recreation experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic ice-skating proficiency is preferred (must be comfortable moving securely on or near the ice).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and embody Renaissance hospitality.
• Assist guests with sizing and distributing ice skates; manage rental check-in/check-out.
• Supervise activity on the ice; enforce safety guidelines, assist skaters of all ages.
