Job summary

Crowne Plaza Asheville is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems across the resort. You will ensure guest comfort, respond quickly to HVAC concerns, and support preventive maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the Engineering Department.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience in hotels or resorts is required.
• EPA Section 608 certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems throughout the resort.
• Respond to guest room and public area HVAC issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment per schedule.
• Document repairs and communicate status to the Maintenance Director.
• Assist with building systems and participate in engineering meetings.
