Capital Vacations in Breezy Point, MN is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order across our facilities. You will enter and prepare rooms, dust, vacuum, mop, and replenish guestroom supplies while following standard procedures to ensure guest comfort.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, hotel or resort experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while delivering high guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous hotel-related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and prepare room for cleaning.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies.
• Rotate cleaning duties (e.g., steam-clean carpets, spring cleaning) as required.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests and complaints.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Update the status of rooms cleaned on the assignment sheet.
