Job summary

Responsibilities include stripping linens, removing trash, cleaning multiple room types, and reporting issues. Paid training and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, with competitive pay up to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness and promptness with assignments.

Responsibilities

• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Attend training sessions and apply training practically.
