MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring Housekeepers to maintain clean resort units, meet quality and timeliness standards, and uphold the company's mission and values.

The role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth, with a sign-on bonus of $500 and pay up to $20 per hour. Candidates should be able to lift 25 pounds, work irregular hours, and perform cleaning tasks across bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Willingness to learn procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Assist in maintaining storage closets cleanliness and organization.
• Attend training sessions and apply training practically.
• Ensure a safe working environment and assist with guest complaints promptly.
