Qualifications

• Knowledge of English to communicate with guests and staff.

• Ability to follow Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
• Adapt to high-pressure conditions and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms and suites daily.
• Strip beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and restock supplies.
• Report missing items and any repairs to supervisor.
• Follow safety guidelines and use equipment properly.
• Greet guests warmly and check on their well-being.
