Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Housekeeper to support resort operations by cleaning units to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will clean sleeping quarters, kitchens, baths, living areas, and lobby spaces, while replenishing supplies and maintaining positive relationships with guests and associates. The role emphasizes answering guest inquiries, addressing concerns promptly, and upholding brand cleanliness and service standards in a dynamic resort environment

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms to maintain resort quality standards.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies; make beds and replenish supplies.
• Provide guest service by responding to inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
