Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeper to support resort operations by cleaning units to meet quality standards.

The role involves cleaning sleeping areas, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms, while maintaining housekeeping detail standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with guests and staff, and uphold a professional appearance with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms.
Vacuum, dust, sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, make beds and tidy lobbies as needed.
Replenish supplies and handle linens including sorting, counting, folding and carrying.
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
