A Housekeeper will support general resort operations by cleaning units and maintaining standards to ensure guest satisfaction. The role focuses on cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, baths, and living spaces, while restocking supplies and handling guest inquiries to resolve issues and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms to maintain resort quality standards.
• Replenish supplies and maintain housekeeping detail standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
