Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (ELS) invites you to join our Seaside resort team as a housekeeper. You will help keep the resort offices, clubhouses, cabins and rentals clean to ensure a five-star guest experience.

You will manage supplies, report maintenance, assist with guest inquiries, and work closely with the Resort Manager to deliver outstanding service, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort offices, clubhouse, public areas and models (mop/dust/vacuum/remove trash).
• Clean cabins and rentals for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and request refills.
• Report maintenance concerns to Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance and other staff as needed.
• Assist with guest activities cleanup and guest inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
