Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS) in Freeport, Florida, seeks a dedicated housekeeper to keep our resorts clean and guest-ready. You will be responsible for cleaning offices, clubhouses, public areas, and model homes to our five-star standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning cabins and rentals, maintaining supply inventories, and reporting repairs to the Resort Manager. You will assist staff, support guest activities, and provide outstanding customer service while coordinating with

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of housekeeping experience.
Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Clean the resort office, clubhouse, public access areas and models as directed (mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal).
Clean cabins and rentals for new guests and maintain rentals to standard.
Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as needed.
Report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
Assist maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
Assist with resort-sponsored guest activities and functions and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
Drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies if needed.
Maintain open communications with management and ensure team coordination.
