The role includes cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, maintaining housekeeping detail standards, and replenishing supplies. The team collaborates to respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold positive relationships with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies; make beds.
• Replenish supplies and assist with linen handling.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
