Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeper to support resort operations by cleaning units to high standards and maintaining guest-ready spaces.

You will clean sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring spa-like cleanliness and replenishing supplies as needed. In this role, you will respond to guest inquiries, maintain positive relations with guests and team members, and uphold safety and cleanliness protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping detail standards and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries; manage linens.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests and associates.
