Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Housekeeper to support resort operations by cleaning units and maintaining quality standards. You will clean sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, while ensuring guest comfort and cleanliness across areas including lobbies.

A professional appearance and a positive, team-focused attitude are essential. You will also replenish supplies, handle guest inquiries, and help resolve issues to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms to meet quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping detail standards and replenish supplies (linens, toiletries, kitchenware).
• Respond to guest inquiries and issues to ensure guest satisfaction and resolution.
