Qualifications

• Previous host or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Basic computer or reservation system skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage seating flow to ensure efficient table turnover and balanced server sections.
• Maintain and update reservations, waitlists, and guest notes accurately.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries or general questions.
• Communicate wait times clearly and professionally to guests.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing host stand and entrance area.
• Provide exceptional guest service and help resolve minor guest concerns when appropriate.
• Follow all hospitality, safety, and service standards.
