Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Manager, Horticulture to lead the strategic oversight, maintenance, and enhancement of exterior grounds, landscaping, seasonal decor, and floral displays.

You will develop landscape sustainability plans, manage budgets, ensure OSHA/ADA compliance, and collaborate with resort leadership on events while maintaining high guest experience. This on-site role requires outdoor work, occasional evenings or weekends, travel to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Facilities management, Environmental Science, hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in horticulture, exterior maintenance, or related hospitality setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in budgeting, procurement and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Leads landscape maintenance, seasonal decor, and floral installations across exterior grounds.
• Manages budgets for landscape projects and procurement; maintains financial records.
• Ensures OSHA/ADA and brand standards compliance across all exterior work.
• Communicates with leadership, vendors, and teams to ensure project success.
• Oversees records of maintenance schedules, progress, and compliance.
• Supports events requiring horticulture and seasonal decor; handles emergencies.
