Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson, MO is seeking a Sales Associate to generate profit for Westgate Resorts. You will escort guests, attend meetings, and present weeks to prospective buyers while delivering outstanding customer service to guests and owners.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess exceptional sales skills and techniques.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Must be able to speak and understand English; bilingual English-Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to their accommodations and establish appointment time.
• Attend morning meetings and sales division meetings.
• Give a sales presentation to prospective buyers in order to sell weeks.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners.
• Interact and serve as customer service agent to all prospective buyers.
• Prepare and complete paperwork needed for all sales transactions.
