Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Resort Guest Service Associate to support guests at the Snowbird Center. The role involves indoor and occasional outdoor service, helping guests select products, book reservations, and assist with Ski Check. Strong communication, sales skills, and a can-do attitude are essential.

Part-time, seasonal employment with a dynamic team, flexible daily shifts, and opportunities to engage with guests across summer and winter activities.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced setting while remaining friendly and confident.
• Proven problem solving and guest resolution capabilities.
• Excellent communication with guests and teammates.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Identify the best Snowbird product to meet guest needs.
• Use sales programs to book reservations and sell products.
• Seasonally operate Snowbird’s Ski Check and manage check-ins/out.
• Maintain a welcoming Mountain Center space for guests.
• Address guest service or safety concerns with positive solutions.
• Provide information about Snowbird resort and resources to guests.
• Promote Snowbird products and encourage guests to explore options.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Seasonally maintain Wasatch Mine operations.
