Job summary

Sand Valley is a premier golf resort in central Wisconsin offering six world-class courses and a year-round guest experience. The Guest Services Associate, based at Clark's Cabin, supports the Guest Services Manager in delivering seamless service and coordinating luggage, golf clubs, and guest belongings during stays.

Based in a fast-paced resort environment, you will assist with shuttle dispatch, equipment rentals, and shipments while collaborating withFront Desk, Housekeeping and other teams

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation needs.
• Provide accurate information and personalized assistance to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate the pickup, storage, and delivery of golf bags, luggage, and personal belongings.
• Manage daily luggage check-ins and check-outs.
• Work closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Answer incoming calls related to transportation requests.
• Dispatch shuttle drivers using the TrackMyShuttle app and two-way radios.
• Assist in maintaining organized and timely shuttle operations.
• Assist guests with the rental process for bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, and other recreational equipment.
• Ensure equipment is prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
• Create new Shipsticks shipments for guests.
• Manage pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Ensure accurate handling, labeling, and documentation of all shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Guest Services area.
• Monitor inventory and report operational needs.
• Provide basic operational leadership in the absence of the Guest Services Supervisor.
