Highgate Hotels in Florida is hiring Guest Room Attendants for TradeWinds Resorts to maintain clean, welcoming guestrooms across two properties. The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, courteous service, and adherence to brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and require 1–2 years of housekeeping experience, a HS diploma, and weekend/holiday availability. Training and opportunities for growth are provided in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work in Florida's hot climate for 8 hours or more.
• Open availability as weekends and holidays are our busiest times.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly clean Guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, Guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set‑up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from Guestrooms.
• Handle items for “Lost and Found” according to the standards.
• Ensure overall Guest satisfaction.
