Job summary

TradeWinds Resort in St. Pete Beach, FL is hiring a Guest Room Attendant to help maintain nearly 800 guest rooms across two connected properties. The role emphasizes high cleanliness standards, attentive, courteous service, and a strong work ethic in a busy resort environment.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, the ability to work eight hours in Florida's heat, open weekend and holiday availability, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work in Florida's hot climate for 8 hours or more.
• Open availability as weekends and holidays are our busiest times.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean Guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, Guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from Guestrooms.
• Ensure overall Guest satisfaction.
