Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming resort environment for guests throughout indoor and outdoor spaces. You will perform housekeeping tasks, assist with guest needs, and ensure interiors are well-presented.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, waste removal, and reporting any damages while upholding safety and service standards in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions and memos.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure constant, consistent cleanliness by performing housekeeping throughout the resort.
• Maintain interiors by dusting, polishing furniture, washing floors and windows.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors, vacuum carpets, restock restrooms and locker rooms.
• Remove trash and keep interior appearance by collecting debris and disposing material.
• Observe safety precautions and report damage or theft to supervisors.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly to maintain positive guest relationships.
