Job summary

The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT is seeking an energetic landscape maintenance team member. You will mow, weed, trim hedges, plant beds, and perform seasonal upkeep to keep our grounds pristine across the property.

Ideal candidates have basic landscaping experience, a valid US driver’s license, and a strong sense of teamwork and hospitality. This hourly role offers flexible hours with opportunities for part-time or full-time work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years general landscaping experience.
• Active US driver's license.
• Background check clearance required.
• Flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and tidy exterior grounds according to schedule.
• Mow, weed, trim hedges, and plant as directed.
• Inspect and maintain outdoor lighting, irrigation, and tools.
• Operate equipment safely and report unsafe conditions.
• Support winter snow and ice management.
