Qualifications

• Knowledge of minor repairs to buildings and general maintenance tasks.
• Tasks are simple and training will be provided.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds as needed; safety first.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds tasks in common areas and rental units.
• Winter season: snow removal; summer: gardening and irrigation.
• Maintain cleanliness: sweeping, scrubbing, trash removal; parking control.
• Open/close spas and pool as required.
