Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance for hotels, resorts, or similar property.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort buildings and common areas.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and HVAC systems.
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
• Repair and maintain resort amenities including pools, clubhouses, fitness centers, and recreational areas.
